Our Mission. We are dedicated to increasing

original art and entertainment to our patrons. We intend to provide
entertainment in a variety of ways. We will launch a new indie film
production company that will out grow and out perform all previous
systems for the sole purpose of putting the means into the hands
of digital and filmagrraphic artists. Little Brother Inc. will also
become a nationally known entertainment staffing company. Staffing
restaurants for wait to be seated entertainment concepts and performances,
theme parks, fairs & festivals with new exciting fresh entertainment.

Multi-Lateral Entertainment (M L E)
Mission Statement: M L E's overall mission is to increase the value
of our shareholder's investment. We do this through sales growth,
cost controls and wise investment of resources. We believe our commercial
success depends upon offering quality and value to our Client and
their Patrons; providing products and entertainment that is safe,
economically efficient and environmentally sound; and providing
a fair return to our investors while adhering to the highest standards
of integrity.
Multi- Lateral Entertainment Inc. serves
consumers in three major businesses: the production of desirable
art and the supply of trained entertainers. The company consists
of Joe and Lefty Spray Can Art, the country's most sought after
spray can team, and The MLE staffing dept. We find creative and
unusual acts and bring them to you. Servicing restaurants, theme
parks, NACA and APCA College/University parties and social events,
shopping venues and city hot spots.

As a consumer products and relations company,
M L E does not have the major environmental problems of heavy industry.
To meet both consumer demand and safeguard the environment, we recycle;
use ionic and water filtering systems and quick dry to nontoxic
products wherever possible. Each business is also committed to responsible
use of resources required in creating our products. M L E is proud
of our environmental record. Each of our divisions and facilities
is empowered to find solutions to its unique environmental challenges.
This report addresses the environmental principles presented in
